When I attempted to address these concerns, the customer service I received was dismissive, unprofessional, and entirely unhelpful. At no point did I feel valued as a potential customer. For the cost they demand, the level of service should be significantly higher. I will not be conducting business with this agency."

"this is an insurance agent who should write a book about what it means to care and protect by going above and beyond. Craig and his staff will be there for you in that awful time you sadly actually need to use your insurance. This is an insurance agent who will drop what they are doing because there’s been a car accident, or a house fire and they want to get there ASAP to make sure you are ok with what you need, get things handled right then with an insurance claim, write a State Farm check if needed and make sure you are protected. Before we had the CARR fire, and the Santa Rosa fire happened, Craig left for 3 weeks to be there to help those families who weren’t even his insured client but State Farm clients, get their insurance checks and get settled. It just goes to show what a wonderful person he is. He’s backed by a great team and staff and I couldn’t thank or value him enough! 🙌🙌"

"UPDATE 2025: I originally posted this 5 years ago and I am still with this agency, I recently had some questions and some claims, and they were there to answer my questions every step of the way. I have called multiple times in the last few years, and every person has been helpful, James always gets back to me quickly and is very helpful, Craig the owner is also available and readily answers questions for me. Many times, in businesspeople have a motto that does not seem to match with their actions. Well with Craig his motto and his actions are one in the same. His motto is Craigs There and that is the truth. I have seen Craig out checking on his clients during fires, I have seen him hand deliver life insurance checks, and I personally have had him show up to an accident that I was in. When he says that he's there for you, he really is. I have all of my policies with him, and I know that I am taken care of. I would recommend that everyone call him to see what he can do for you."

"I really had to chew on this. I don't right reviews often. But I feel it is important to share my experience since it is affecting my family long term. I recommend going to other state farm offices at this point. Recommended this insurance company by a family member. My grandmother and mother went here. Went in to get a quote and everything seemed great at first. Intitial quote was agreeable. First payment matched the sale. Great, right? Then month two comes, and the quote is tripled. Reason why? "Mistakes happen." That is what James told me. Can the mistake be fixed? Nope; because billing won't do anything about it. Supposedly they did everything they could to try and fix the mistake. I asked for them to at least make it right for the first month and the answer I got was "once it goes to billing if a quote is messed up they will charge back the amount that was quoted incorrectly." So our 75ish dollar bill doubled, plus the difference for the first month. Oh, and James even made the statement "at least you got the first month at a great price." Lol, what? Even though they are charging us the difference now two months later? Sounds like poor integrity to me. I caution anyone that speaks to James for a quote to double check with the supervisor first. This situation left a sour taste. I felt the attempt to actually fix it was non-existent. We were just given an ultimatum to pay the doubled rate (bill) plus the first month difference, or get different insurance. I see so many good reviews from years passed.. I see Craig is the owner? Maybe James should have escalated the situation and had Craig reach out to us. If he already did that, and we never got a call from Craig, than that is even more disappointing. It's unfortunate that right before the holidays something like this is just thrown on our lap. Shopping for insurance is nobody's idea of a good time. But honesty goes a long way. They didn't even notify us of what happened, we found out through the outrages bill that came... such a sad situation. When I have time to shop for other insurance I will. Till then I'll just warn others to watch out for this office. Oh, he also said "if you don't pay your bill it just goes away like it never existed." That rubbed me the wrong way too. Who says that to someone? Is that good business policy? I don't know, maybe mistakes happen, but usually accountability follows along with some form of making it right. Today he called to tell me the policy cancels if not paid in a couple days. Cool, time to pay the "mistake.""

They have been above and beyond helpful with not only the routine activities of managing my insurance policies, but recently I've needed to call on their expertise to help me with a storm damage claim to my home. Within less than an hour after contacting his office, Craig was able to meet me at my house and went over the preliminary inspection of damage and got me in contact with the appropriate State Farm adjusters and service providers to mitigate and eventually repair all of the storm damage.
